HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA (April 1, 2004) -- Fluidic Flowmeters, LLC, a company headed by an experienced team of industrial automation executives, has purchased the former Moore Products line of flowmeters from MycroSENSOR Technologies, LLC.
Fluidic Flowmeters LLC plans to continue delivering the same high-caliber products and services on which users of Moore ProductsTM family Fluidic Flowmeter products have come to rely. Fluidic Flowmeters LLC, which is management-owned, did not disclose financial details of the transaction, which was completed in March. "We'll be offering the same family of products, the same Moore designs, the same unique measurement technology and the same manufacturing processes and dedication to product quality.
