MIDDLETON, MA (January 11, 2011) -- Hawk Measurement, LLC, has purchased Fluidic Flowmeters, LLC, and will move the manufacturing and support center to Middleton, MA. The Fluidic Flowmeter product line was originally developed by the former Moore Products line of flowmeters. Hawk Measurement plans to continue delivering the same high-caliber products and services on which users of Moore ProductsTM family of Fluidic Flowmeter products have come to rely.
Jack Evans, President and CEO of Hawk Measurement & Fluidic Flowmeters, released the following statement regarding the new ownership: "We are fully committed to supporting existing customers around the world and investing in development that will broaden the range of flow measurement solutions.
